Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from SMJ Jewellers Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back for exchange within the policy time frame. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

For Showroom products (Ships Faster), easy return for exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery and for all other orders policy time frame is of 15 days from date of delivery.

Gold Jewellery – 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

Silver Jewellery – 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like hallmark certificate & original invoice.

In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your exchange will be on its way shortly.

To initiate return, send us an email to orders@smjbishangarh.in, we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.
